We handle a wide range of architectural projects, including residential design and construction, restaurants and other retail spaces, as well as commercial and business-use buildings.

We intentionally use the name “Architectural Office” because we do not wish to be confined to the traditional categories of a design firm or construction company. Rather, we strive to be true “builders” in the fullest sense of the word.

By utilizing natural materials and time-honored techniques that retain their beauty for many years, we are committed to creating one-of-a-kind spaces that exist nowhere else.

住宅建築や京町家の保全・改修など京都をベースに２０１７年より伊勢建築事務所として活動させて頂き、設計と施工を共にというスタンスでのご依頼を頂いておりますが、最近では施工や設計を別々でご依頼頂くケースも増えてきております。どのような形態でもお手伝いさせて頂く事は可能ですので、ご相談いただけますと幸いです。施工をご依頼頂いた際は竣工後のメンテナンスまで、一貫して行っていますので、建築に関することをトータルでサポートさせて頂いております。一般住宅はもちろん、商業施設等の店舗や事業用建築にも対応しております。

 

 

Since 2017, we have been operating as Ise Architectural Office, based in Kyoto, specializing in residential architecture as well as the preservation and renovation of traditional Kyoto townhouses (Kyo-machiya).

While we have primarily received commissions under our integrated approach of handling both design and construction together, in recent years we have seen an increasing number of projects where clients request design or construction separately. We are happy to assist in any format that suits your needs, and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your project with you.

When entrusted with construction, we provide consistent support through to post-completion maintenance, offering comprehensive assistance in all aspects of architecture. In addition to private residences, we also undertake commercial facilities, retail spaces, and other business-use buildings.
